Interesting concept of Greek mythology.

So apparently the seasons are dictated by the wife of Hades, Persephone.  (Queen of the dead)

she was cursed to spend half the time with Hades in the underworld and half the time in the overworld /mount Olympus.

Spring is the time when she returns to the world of mortals, and that's why bloom and stuff.

When she has to go back to the underworld the life of plants die etc.

Who says you can't learn anything from PlayStation? God of War baby.
